Yes, they are 100% free. There is no catch. We know that if we show you an amazing design of your logo on a high-quality bucket hat, there's a good chance you'll want to order it. But if you don't, you don't pay a penny.
Our UK design team will receive your logo and details. Within 24-48 hours, they will send a digital mockup of your custom hat to the WhatsApp number you provided, along with an exact quote.
Absolutely. If you want to change the hat color, resize the logo, or adjust anything else, just reply to us on WhatsApp. We will tweak the design until you are completely satisfied.
The MOQ is exactly 25 hats per design. We are unable to fulfil orders below this minimum. This allows smaller clubs, teams, and events to access premium custom merchandise without massive upfront costs while keeping our production efficient.
Once you approve the final design and confirm your order, manufacturing and delivery takes exactly 3-4 weeks. We deliver anywhere in the UK.
